Minimum duration of stay
In July and August
- the minimum length of stay is 7 nights
- arrivals and departures are on Saturdays
All year round (except July/August)
- the minimum length of stay is 3 nights
Booking Policy
Reservation less than 14 days before the arrival date
- 100% of the price of the stay to be paid upon booking
Reservation more than 14 days before the arrival date
- 50% of the price of the stay to be paid upon booking
- balance to be paid at least 7 days before arrival
Arrivals and departures
Arrival / check-in
Arrivals are from 4 p.m.
Departure / check-out
The apartments must be vacated no later than 10 a.m.
Autonomous arrival
A key box located next to each apartment will allow you to collect the keys to your accommodation

Prices
The prices of accommodation indicated on the site are inclusive of VAT (details of VAT are available on the invoice)
Package "Tax and management fees"
6 €/night
This mandatory package is added to the price of your accommodation.
It includes the provision of sheets and towels for each occupant, the mandatory tourist tax due by each adult occupant of the accommodation, as well as management fees.

Example of calculation over 1 week with 4 adults and 1 child in accommodation at 117€/night:
- Nightly rate / Number of occupants = €23.40
- 5% of €23.40 or €1.17
- Tourist tax rate = €1.17 + 10% of €1.17 (additional departmental tax) + 34% of €1.17 (additional regional tax) i.e. €1.69
- To be collected: €1.69 (tourist tax rate) x 7 (number of nights) x 4 (number of taxable persons)
Total tourist tax: 47.32 €
OPTION "Final cleaning"
50 €/stay
Optional, this option allows you not to worry about cleaning the day of your departure.
